requiring constant relogin
this is the only app i have that requires almost every day re-login due to “expired session” and it never sends sms via first attempt, always resets face id login, problem is out there for a half of year already

Absolutely hideous, unreliable and fraudster service who will ruin your business
Payoneer ruined my business and my life, closing without any reason my payoneer account - the only provider working in Ukraine. Now my family stuck in the middle of war zone with no money, I can’t continue my project I put years into, and I lost my friend and partner to whom I can’t return his income share. All this because of this vile, untrustworthy company. Without even telling a reason they just closed my and my partner’s accounts. Their support in sarcastic and toxic manner denies to give you any answers. No arguments or providing the proofs will help, they can just close your account because they want. Also Payoneer can randomly start a review of your account freezing your account with money on it for months - and all this time you can’t use your account for receiving payments! The most fabulous thing they don’t even notify you about it, just your client one day writes “why I can’t pay you anymore?”. So you can say bye-bye to all your clients who will find another freelancer, while you won’t have any income for a month or maybe more - they don’t even provide any estimates and the support ignores you. “We hope you’re okay that we destroyed your job and left you without income for months for no reason”. I’ve never seen such a vile and despising behavior to its customers in any company, not talking of financial one. If you want your account closed for no reason and your business ruined choose the Payoneer - the unreliable, sneaky and cynical fraudsters!

Жахливий клієнт сервіс. На листи не відповідають, чат бот не розуміє проблему, по телефону теж бот, який тебе скидає. Як вирішити питання не ясно. Зняти кошти через це неможливо.
Verification seems to be eternal and impossible.
I have been trying for three days to get through verification answering 3 additional secret questions,but nothing happens. Can’t start using Payoneer because of that! Support doesn’t answer at all.

Please fix an issue with automatic password renewal. When the time is come to renew a password you need to do it on a website. But then you should approve this in the app. It’s impossible cause both old and new password cannot be used to authorize in app. So the only way is to get an sms with code.
Long withdrawn time
Can’t rely on this service. With upcoming fee increase I am switching to competitors.
