Randomly prompts for security verification. And passport and face recognition works 20% of the time. Ask to enter a cell phone number which then produces an error message saying it is not supported although it is a perfectly legitimate number. Works in some countries stop working when travelling to another country. this is kindergarten level management of security most medium banks do better and great companies all do better.

I’ve been with PayPal a long time. We sell training courses. Payment has been very difficult with PayPal. Asking if the product has been sent. I tell the support team over & over the purchaser took a education course.

Why is the support in the Philippines and PayPal is doing business in Canada. 

There is actually no support for Canadians. Never get a clear answer from PayPal. Keep asking about products been shipped.
