## PayPal Business Reviews in United States

### *---- "Flawed app, non-helpful service to buyers"
Flawed payment edit feature. Can’t use p.o. box as a billing address. Paypal is made for sellers. No protection for buyers.
-- fitfbtdiuf, 2026-09-09

### *---- "Accessibility"
I downloaded the app on order to send and receive money I wanted to ask the time that manage it if possible they might make it more user friendly towards African countries for example were I’m located Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 it says I can only send but how Can I send anything if I can’t receive anything into it to send , the only other money platform to use is eco cash and if possibly a link is made between the two it can make it easier to put money inside it and thus allowing money to be withdrawn into and allowin it to be sent
-- Billyavgeek, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Ghana service"
Please add Ghana as a supported country for PayPal accounts. The PayPal app is available to download in Ghana, but Ghana is not listed when creating an account. This prevents individuals, freelancers, and businesses from using PayPal. Please make full PayPal services available in Ghana. Thank you.
-- TJ Sadiq, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Scam scam scam"
They will lie, cheat and scam any way they can! Use something else! Toast, clover, etc! Apple Pay! Not pay pal!! They lie, they gon wait until they go
Your money too! Then they’ll say they need more information that you already gave them meanwhile they keep your money, you can’t use it, can’t move it , and they make interest everyday pulling this scam on millions of people! I’m making a youtube video on it today page name TOA(Table of Accountability) go to youtube for more details ! You can do better than PayPal get a bank account trust me
! I’ll show you how!
-- The reason businesses exist, 2026-08-26

### ***** "Bring it back!!"
This app is superior to the other PayPal app we now have to use for business. This app offered so much more. Bring it back!
-- LLCP$, 2026-08-23

### *---- "App not functional download"
Bad
-- joelclon786, 2026-08-02

### ****- "Notifications stop working"
The app was working fine but all of the sudden I’m not receiving any push notifications from the app. Also why does the invoices that are open always show a wrong number?
-- Walexxxis, 2026-07-19

### *---- "Do not download or use"
Worst payment processor in existence. Constant login issues. They hold your money for 21 days on EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION. I can never login on my phone due to the constant login issues.
-- twizzlerfish, 2026-07-09

### ***** "Love this app"
Love this app and so happy PayPal has it. I am not likely the new app they now have. Invoices are unprofessional looking and take to much time when trying to do line items for clients. I do wish PayPal would send out a new update on this though since I’m not unable to log in on the app. I hope they didn’t do away with it. That would be stupid on their end.
-- PressPerfectionsCC, 2026-07-08

### *---- "Ridiculous daily report"
PayPal started this irritating daily summary, and there is no easy way to turn this off. Very frustrating and over reach by PayPal to do this without my consent
-- Haxxsaw, 2026-06-19
