PayPal - Send, Manage, Pay

This is the worst application you can ever install. They will take your money and there is nothing you can do about it. The only way to contact customer support is via the message Centre. Once you send a message it will take up to a day possibly more to respond. The response will be a copy and paste response. There is no phone number to call and no person to help. All I can say is please stay away. I have seen many bad reviews since with similar stories. Don’t do it.

Did you know that once you’ve installed the app, they slip in the PayPal honey extension secretly at your safari browser and there is no way to uninstall the extension?

I sent amount of money oversea for my friend, but she couldn’t receive it over 3 weeks. When she requested a support from Paypal team in Vietnam they didn’t give any support. How do she can receive the money?

Tried to add money to my PayPal account using this app but i can’t seem to find where to do it. Help centre did not answer my question correctly. Just kept telling me how long it would take. Message function for support just froze. Ended up using the website.

There is no way to see the total owing across all plans under pay in 4 plans. This makes the app predatory, and designed to get people into debt without even realising it.

This organization scam users by allowing doggy third party organizations to set autopay without notifying users, be careful!

I was not able to link my bank account to transfer money. Try many times and the options did no load. Waste of time.

If a customer updated their address, just please ******* use the new address. Stupid system if you cant update it with the merchants. What a waste of saving information. Fix this glitch because it is so annoying

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had one good experience with PayPal. It’s one of the worst services to initially get into and I have never been able to actually transfer or receive money even after they email and tell me it’s fixed.
