Random account restriction
I got my account permanently restricted 2 years ago without any impossibility to know why and to remove it. I tried before and today when I write this review but no one can help. The costumer service power to help and knowledge is terrible. There is no possibility to erase the account and creating a new one. Be careful not to rely too much on PayPal especially in critical moments like when you travel since you can be restricted the next hour or day.
HELP
Im locked out of my account (changed my password already) because my Authenticator code doesnt work, help please. I cant get to the customer support begause you have to login your app first so i cant do anything except change my password, which doesnt change the fact my authenticator app doesnt work
so many hidden fees.
gone downhill since the start of 2023. even my review got removed. F apple and F paypal. they charge you for everything. sending money to friends, 3 euros. paying for something in GBP, 16 euros. bunch of scammers. I hope this company ceases to exist in 2025. switch to revolut, don't download this.

De app is heel gemakkelijk en praktisch, maar het is erg irritant dat je je saldo niet via bankcontact kan verhogen IN de app zelf.
Focus on seller not buyer
Strong focus on seller protection, not on buyer. I got scammed but even with proof they did not wantend to react. Even when it was clear the seller was breaking the law. I got my money back through federal instance. I sent many pictures through their app en description to make my case and they just replied they did not get enough details. PayPal protection is a joke.
Useless
Delete the honey extention from the app and make it possible to login without password and otp each time the app is opened…
Forget about claim handling by the team
They do not look at the files sent, they do not try to find a resolution
Avoid at all cost
Worst finance app of all time, fees are extremely expensive, and they won’t hesitate twice to send all your private information to authoritarian states. If you don’t want to get sent to the goulag because you send a payment to a political opponent, avoid this app at all cost
Pas de remboursement
Ça fait depuis que je contacte le service client clientèle toujours pas de réponse car ils ont débité de l’argent de mon compte et ils ne m’ont toujours toujours pas remboursé.
