There’s so many problems with PayPal! You can’t even talk to someone who understands you first and they always say "sorry we can’t do anything" Other thing, the fees. They charge me 5$ fee for 8$??? If you send around 200$ it’s 13-15$ it’s insane. Wise is WAYYYY better for the fees. Even 1 star is too much.

I have spent my entire morning trying to access my PayPal. I have had multiple confirmation codes sent to me and OKAYED and yet my account is still being disabled. I am really confused at this process.

PayPal is horrible definitely not for there customers , they are the worst I’m disgusted with PayPal , they don’t not resolve a thing especially when it comes to a refund they do nothing about it , they take forever , they say they’re there to help hahah right bunch of bull terrible company 💯

I sold a clothing item on Depop and got payed using PayPal and have still not received it. They have kept MY money on hold for months and refuse to transfer it to me. They talk about my account being under suspension after using it once and saying I have to wait 170 days to receive it back even after I provided them my information. They haven’t even provided why they suspect it when there is nothing. Looks like theft to me. Absolutely hate this company.

Someone hacked into my account and changed my password on me. Thankfully I was able to address this issue right away but put in a case about my concern did not select any transaction at all and got this response. “Based on our review, we found this transaction is consistent with your PayPal payment history.” 😳 What transaction? This case is about notifying that someone was able to hack my account in the first place and already resolved. Customer service is very convoluted and hard to get to the right place to solve your specific issues. Took a lot of messing around through the automated system to get to the wrong response.

Paypal is not a safe service anymore. On octobre 30th I recived some money from a buy in Texas for a guitar that I sold. This is the only transaction I made with this paypal account. And they permenently locked my account for zero provide reasons. Now I have above 2k locked in this account and paypal cannot telle me why they locked it. I have to wait 212 days before have accès to it. And they won't tell me why they did that. Paypal used to be a safe tool for transactions. It is not anymore. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE. It's atrocious

Where is the dark mode option? The app is too bright!

I open the app, scan my face, and am prompted to enter the 2FA code from my 2FA app. I switch apps, copy code, and return to PayPal to be met with a busted screen of dual overlapping loading spinners. The workaround is literally to time it so I have 30 seconds on the 2FA app, copy code, open PayPal as fast as possible, scan my face, press the first box in the 2FA code field (because why would the only input on the screen be auto focused?) and then I can paste and sign in. Hope it didn’t take 30 seconds or I have to repeat. Absolutely ridiculous that this got past QA. Please fix this nonsense.

Someone sent me $70 for a service I provided him & after he was refunded? PayPal is a joke.

Useless on iphone if you have 2FA. As soon as you open your iMessage text or Google Authenticator, if you go to PayPal then it just times out and never loads. Can you explain how the F you expect me to login if I can’t even leave the iPhone PayPal to open Google 2FA? Do these programmers even test the code they write? So as it is now. Trying to open PayPal app with 2FA is useless.
