will not load my address page
keeps glitching when i try to add to my phone and just keeps going in circles. do not reccomend
Worst customer service and charge different fees. Never use it
Poor designs, remove web functions to force you into using app. I removed app right after I finished the phone number change
I had 2 factor authentication enabled to prevent being hacked. Someone still managed to hack my account and disable 2 factor authentication. I reported the unauthorized transaction as soon as it happened and they still let it go through. Takes 90 days to ‘investigate’ and I can’t close my account whole this is happening. While my account it open it continues to be hacked, hackers opened a case about me removing my bank account. PayPal is unconcerned about this and tried to blame me for clicking a pishing link or someone else having access to my account but I live alone and no one has access.
there is a fee for everything, nothing is instant and it’s the most notoriously annoying thing to navigate, would not recommend at all at all. Also doesn’t support a lot of the bank cards at all for instant transactions.
Will scam you in every possible way and tell you that they cannot help you raise a dispute since this is a closed dispute.
I updated my billing and shipping information over two years ago, yet today, out of nowhere, PayPal decides to send my order to my old address. This is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. How is this even possible after all this time?
For some reason, I have the honey extension just because I installed the PayPal app. Given recent events, I strongly oppose that extension running or even being installed.
