It is ridiculous to have to wait 3 days to receive a transfer from PayPal to a bank account… This is 2024!
U try to login, sms, but if u check the sms code, paypal freezes. Worst fintech app i have ever seen.
I didn’t want to use PayPal but Reverb marketplace only accept this garbage in my country. They keep banning accounts for No reason without any legit explanation and hold back funds for 180 days! No negotiation possible, if its a miracle and you can reach customer service by message (you cant call them of course) they keep sayin some BS, nothing to help you just “understand that its permanent”. Doesn’t matter if you provide your ID, invoices, shipping labels, nothing. They keep banning users. Of course they keep the fees from All transaction, thats not a problem for them. I hope one day there will be a competitor for this company and this garbage service will at least TRY to keep their customers.. if you can- avoid PayPal at All cost!
Just switch to Revolut at this point.
this is a scam app. If you try to send the same curency to your private bank account, the app changes your currency based on your card and not the receiver currency, you cannot(!) turn it of, YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING, its just rob you literaly 10% and your receiver bank changes it back... for your loss again. I have no idea how is this LEGAL at all in EU, or in any country... Deleted my account in 10 second. Never again.
Crashes all the time, can’t even add bank informations. Do not download this worthless app.
The app was working great, it was in English when I downloaded it a couple months ago. Today it just changed to Hungarian. I went through every place in the app and couldn’t find the place where I could change the language back to English. Why?!!
Customer service is a complete 0, people that work in that company dont know how to read and understand simple answers, and keep saying the same thing over and over again, at this point i think theyre complete trolls that got their jobs due to nepotism. Nothing positive to say about the company and the workers tbh. Honest review
