If you contact the official support on Twitter / Facebook with a description of the problem, then a bot responds there, which offers to call the support service, which does not work. This service doesn't care about your problems. Keep in mind that if you cannot log in to your account for some reason, you can say goodbye to the money.

Не могу получить код. Писала в поддержку, ссылаются на моего провайдера. Пробовала указывать разные номера, не приходит код!

For some reason the app on my phone is in Spanish. I tried website, it’s in English. When I search my question (in support) it says to go to settings, press the Language button and change it. However, I don’t see it in the app. Not knowing Spanish, I tried every single combination of buttons and still nothing. I tried deleting and downloading the app again. All the same, Spanish everywhere. Is there any way to change it at all???

bad customer service features! verification by cell phone number not working, no sms code received. trying to write to customer support service, impossible without logging. How i can log in without sms? stupid processing design

Мне отправили деньги,нужно было совершить перевод международный,за мало того что внутри системы ссаная комиссия,так ещё и долгая заморозка,по итогу пришлось искать обходные пути,но деньги так и не разморозились,не рекомендую,тупая запресллвутая и очень устаревшая система

The worst app ever! Why do they need a proof of address outside US/Canada? Our country doesn’t state address in any documents so I can’t provide the documents they need and they put a limitation to my account to the extent that I couldn’t withdraw my own money! Don’t use that app. It’s a waste of time and money!
