I realised real late that there were supposed to be a way to create QR codes to receive payment on the app, but it seems that this version of the app doesn’t have that. I think it would be a ton more convenient if it did, not sure if that’s due to any global differences. Also the exchange rates are pretty painful, so do take note of that when in a pinch. Otherwise, the app has worked decently for me.

Please allow transactions history to be deleted

I’m a 1st time user and was expecting that this app could help me as I was having trouble how to receive allowance from my family abroad, so I told my sister maybe we use paypal but she wasn’t sure how to use it so she try to sent me a cent and I received it yes, zero dollor. I was happy for a short time and we decided to use it but to my realization I noticed that there was a problem, i tried to submit my personal details to prove that im not an alien or something except for the proof of order because there was no transactions happened as it was a mistake. But I submitted the reason why but after all that they just permanently limiting me. How sad and lucky as well that my sister didn’t send me all my allowance.. And now I can’t delete my link bank acclike seriously paypal?!!👎👎👎👎👎

Unable to open app. Stuck in less loop. Don’t waste time download this app.

There should also be a function to cancel automatic payments in the mobile app, loging in to the web makes the mobile app less usefull

Not usable anymore. Cant login. Endless loop stuck on verify solving captchas

1) when I’ve forgotten my password, it sends me into a loop of - link to my email, click on the link, get back to PayPal site that’s requesting my password. WOW. 2) and then of course, there’s no way to access any kind of online help. 3) PayPal denies my refund request, even when the seller has agreed in chat to return my money. (The seller backed out of that, so i thought going to paypal refund request would resolve this, BUT apparently NOT.) 4) some of the worst exchange rates from this platform.

6月9号，我的gmail突然提示我paypal 有转账记录，查看后并非我的消费，我慌慌张张想要登陆paypal拿掉我的银行卡，就在短短的几分钟内，paypal 的邮件一只发给我消费的记录，共约400新币，我赶紧挂失我的银行卡，这才阻止了我的进一步损失。 查看PayPal 账户记录时并未发现这些消费记录，但我的银行卡已经被扣除钱了(pending)状态。 1. 我严重怀疑PayPal软件的安全性，为什么会有人登陆我的账号刷我的卡，PayPal里并无记录？网站是否被黑客攻击？ 2. PayPal没我客户服务，想要紧急联系客服时仅有邮件和应用程序内的留言，要等到工作日才能得到回应。 提醒正在用的paypal用户，不要添加银行卡在PayPal里，用完及时卸绑。 本以为钱不会追回，因为对方刷的游戏点卡，感激银行追回了这笔钱，但我已经对此软件失去信心。望周知。

I have tried a thousand times, it fails to be installed after download!! Please fix this problem as soon as possible!
