If you accidentally enter the wrong number they still charge you and you have to write email to request an refund smh. The washers are horrible and expensive vs your local laundry mat in nyc. I had to redo multiple load because the machine used little to know water. Awful

I have been trying to get my money back from them for two weeks on a washer that never started but they took the money out of my account. Very frustrating. I wrote them  five emails with no response!

### **--- "No way to select the amount?"
Poorly designed app. I was staying in the building where washer and dryer cost $4 each. So to do my laundry I’d transfer $8 first and then do it. But, I cannot chose an exact amount. It’s 1,2,3,4,5,10,15,20. Why? And to chose an amount I have to do way to many taps. So to pay $8 which supposed to be possible without commission I had to pay 2 x 4 and pay $0.5 commission. Very frustrating. Everything worked though, hence 2 stars.

They were amazing and QUICK to help me with a refund problem I didn’t even know was possible and then some!! I don’t write reviews for NOTHING but truly they helped me out when I was in a pinch it was a long shot but they helped!! Thank you guys for giving me that refund even if it was $4 it helped me out a lot so you guys deserve a good review

Estimated timers always waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay underestimate how long the load of laundry takes and it’s really annoying

I'm constantly coming back to my clothes soaking wet and unwashed from the washer saying it ran out of H20. My problem is if the machine knows it can’t complete the wash cycle then why aren’t you refunded immediately? The app being unaware that a machine is faulty is one thing however it should know when the machine has/hasn't completed it's cycle. so you’re scammed out of your time and money

This app constantly glitches, I am never using it again because APA play is supposed to be $0.25 for 30 min but more often than not this app does not switch over then Pay Range refuses to refund the overpaid price! This is STEALING!!! Pay range is a horrible app! To pay for pool tables with quarters is $1.00 but through the app it is $5.50 do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! They do not refund your money and 4 teams have stopped playing at this location because of this app!

### **--- "Convenient, but cheats you out of money"
This app is seemingly convenient to use for hotel washers and dryers, but the “fund your account” system is rigged to make you lock up more money in the app than you need, or pay extra $ in “fees” to add the exact amount you want.  I’m at a hotel with $3.50 wash and $3.50 dry, which is already expensive for single-load laundry.

My options are to add $10 or more to the app with no fee, or add up to $5 with a $.25 transaction fee.  Nothing in between.  I can’t add $7 in one transaction.  So I either have to eat $2.50 that I’ll never use again, or pay $.50 more to not waste the $2.50.  

Not so convenient and seems like a money-grab.
