I then read your reviews and it became evident to me that you do not.... -- Ripped off!.!, 2024-12-02 ### *---- "Terrible" Website login doesnt work as they do not recognize the temp password they send thru text. App keeps freezing, managed to login once through the app and it hasnt worked since. Logo just keeps spinning and the app never loads. Such a pain to use this. Not sure if its deliberate so users have no way to check on their payment plans. -- Hollyyyyyyyyyyyyy, 2024-11-04 ### *---- "FIX YOUR APP!" I have not been able to log in to my app the entire two years of using payright, it won’t let me past the loading screen and crashes despite me re-downloading it again and again. This has resulted in many pointless phone calls to waive late fees as i couldn’t not pay on time. A massive pain in my back side every time a payment is due. -- Tameika Allen, 2024-10-24 ### *---- "Terrible" This is the worst app ever. It never opens, I just get the spinning wheel of death. I’ve uploaded the most recent update, I’ve deleted and reinstalled, nothing works. Waste of time -- Addict 8, 2024-10-06 ### ***-- "After choosing as a payment option" At bevilles jewellers online, which I opened account with payright, was approved in 5mins or so, payed a 10% deposit, got order number and account number, selected pick up store, this was a click and collect order. Next day I got email saying it was flagged for security check and they needed me to send a screen shot of the transaction and tell them my type of card used to verify it was me, strange as I would imagine to pick up the order I would be verifying myself in store. I gave the info they asked for, now I’m waiting for a reply/pick up notification, so not sure what’s going on, will send update once I get one, 5⭐️ or 1⭐️ time will tell.. -- LilL..Tylenol, 2024-05-23 ### *---- "Worst ever." Does not allow me to change my password even after text sent. Ridiculous. I have had to delete the app and reload it. Then unable to log in via the internet as the web page doesn’t send a temporary password. -- hdxhbdybh, 2024-02-16 ### *---- "New exp date" It wants my new card exp date but I can’t get into the ap. It says contact customer service….how do I do that? -- itsmetrac, 2024-01-25 ### *---- "Freezes at sign up page" Trying to sign up and the page just freezes with a wheel of death. Won’t let me proceed to get section of sign up. -- M Smith12, 2024-01-19 ### *---- "Poxy app" Won’t let me get past terms and conditions -- bsbshei, 2023-12-06 ### *---- "Annoying" It wont let me into anything and just keeps Freezing! Have tried to contact via fb but have not got a reply in over a Week. -- Shanly69, 2023-10-08 [View all Payright reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
