## PaySauce Description
Payroll in your pocket.

You're way too busy to slog through timesheets, calculations and filing. PaySauce sorts the lot while you get back to business.

PaySauce is NZ’s only truly mobile payroll. Our app brings up a complete pay run for one-touch approval from anywhere. It's your easiest payday ever.

A RUN FOR YOUR MONEY

1. Staff submit digital timesheets directly for review and approval. No paperwork or number crunching.

2. We calculate wages, PAYE, KiwiSaver, holiday pay, allowances, deductions, and any extras.

3. You review and approve with one touch on your phone.

4. We connect payroll, bank accounts and Inland Revenue to automatically put through payments and fill in forms. Done and dusted.

WAY MORE THAN PAYROLL

- Keeps everyone in your business connected and informed with easy access to all the important info

- Employees can check their own payslips, send their timesheets, make leave requests, and manage their own settings

- Auto reminders make sure everyone's on top of deadlines and due dates

- Protect your people from tough times and debt with Pay Advance, a safe way to draw down money they've already earned before payday

LOADS OF SUPPORT

- All the help you need setting up our system and getting confident using it

- Our 0800 support is always free (and awesome)

GETTING STARTED

- Ultra-flexible for small businesses - there’s no monthly fee or set-up costs. We’ll only ever charge for the people you actually pay in each pay run

- PaySauce handles every part of the pay process. That means we need to link with your bank and IR

- Sign up and we'll guide you through the whole process. Or give us a call if you're old-school (we won't hold that against you)

## PaySauce Reviews in New Zealand

### *---- "App is different on IPad."
I am a Dutch Samsung user and did not wanted to risk setting my playstore settings to NZ. Luckily we brought an IPad. Did all the steps there to be able to download the app. Now for some reason the IPad version is different even when it says it has downloaded the same version of 1.6.18. The iPad does not have the Payroll Giving and Paynow squares. But I don’t think I need those anyway. That is just an issue that is directly noticed. My problem starts when going to Timesheets on the iPad. I can not do anything. It only has a white bar whit start date and the current date. It further says TBA & 0h 00m. It does not let me click on anything. It only refreshes which makes no difference. Now I am in quite a pickle since I can not upload my hours.

### *---- "Waiting for my money"
Unreliable don’t count on getting paid on time. Holiday hours can’t be used?????
-- kingtony1179, 2024-10-07

### *---- "Painful"
Not simple, absolutely useless!!
-- Archo narcho, 2024-02-12

### ***** "Good system"
Good app, very user friendly for staff
-- CCam00, 2023-12-10

### *---- "Security concerns"
MFA is not an option, this is far from best practice for account security especially given the sensitive nature of personal information.
This app has been foisted on my by my employer so I’m stuck with it and I hate it.
-- Roseprocess, 2023-11-02

### *---- "Doesn’t link correctly with the paysauce online"
We have constant issues as the app is not user friendly and leads one to believe that annual leave can be signed off on the app but it doesn’t sign off online. Also the system for recording hours for a salaried employee is such a pain to use that out staff can’t be bothered filling it out. Have decided now to go elsewhere for our payroll software package after several years of glitches that never seem to get sorted
-- m_a_r_p170119, 2023-07-20

### **--- "Cumbersome timesheet"
The time sheet input page is too cumbersome, especially the scroll to select time. One should be able to simply type in the numbers, which will be much quicker.
-- jsrjsng, 2022-10-20

### *---- "Do not use PaySauce"
PaySauce support is totally overloaded, and very difficult to get a hold of. Their platform is not user friendly, and complex to use. This is stressful and frustrating when pay runs don't pay employees without any notification or errors or communications from PaySauce.

As far as payroll systems are concerned, we would say it is the worst platform we have used to date (compared to Xero Payroll, iPayroll, Thankyou Payroll for other brands we have owned).

Looking at other reviews - these are from employees and very old reviews.

We don't recommend paysauce and would highly encourage anyone to seek elsewhere before choosing PaySauce.
-- MrCloudy, 2022-02-08

### *---- "Poor"
Very limited access
-- engrako, 2021-09-01

### *---- "Worst app ever"
This app is so frustrating to use never works as it should
