Won’t allow to change password

Once in the cart and you click “continue” to pay for your cart items, you are taken to the “submit” screen where you cannot cancel your transaction or change the payment amount if you change your mind or realize you made a mistake on your entry. For some odd reason, the convenience fee rises to $2.00 from $1.xx(?) when paying for additional items in the same day.

Unable to pay protection plan, keep saying merchant account not found. I called at (877) 393-6628 and escalated the issues. No response as of yet.

This is the worst app! From making changes and adding students from different districts to anything! You have to use a different email to add a student from a different district. Stupid!

I came to use the app because their website is glitchy and not user friendly but the app is also garbage. Also why do I need three security questions to pay a simple school lunch. You guys should find new code developers because it is an absolute pain to use your services. You also charge a processing fee…. Ridiculous always getting nickle and dimed. I will be writing a physical check for the school from now on. HORRIBLE APP & WEBSITE

Takes an incredibly long time for app to load after clicking links. Payment processing screen takes forever and payment will not go through

Hands down the worst and slowest app I’ve experienced. It’s hard to believe but it is worse than the AMC+ app. I’d give zero stars if possible. The sole purpose is to add funds to my son’s lunch account, and I kept getting blank screens. Infuriatingly slow, and I couldn’t even execute a payment. Laughably they will charge you a convenience fee.

The newest update will not process my payment, but will allow for changes. Now I’m having to see if I’m going to be charged twice. Whoever redid the app should walk away from development. Don’t try to fix what wasn’t broken to begin with.

Just terrible

I have registered twice. Reset my password multiple times. I got on to the app one time, paid part of the fees. Noticed more fees popped up after I paid, added them to my cart. Got logged out. Try to log back in with the password I just made with no success. Cannot get back into the app. Terrible navigation on the iPhone as well. Do not recommend in the slightest.
