disgusting service. sent money from Canada to Ukraine via E transfer from their program. The money did not arrive. I corresponded with support for 6 days. They lied that they had already resolved all the issues and I just needed to wait, and in the end they said that I should go to my bank and resolve the issue of returning money from their system myself. The worst financial service of all that I have used.

This is the horrible money transfer app I have ever seen before. In December 23.12 without any reason this app stole 120 CAD fro my account. I have appealed to the Support but they didn’t send back my money to my account. I have all screen shots from banking account and all details has been submitted to the Paysend support. Despite of this they didn’t react and return stolen my money….. 
Be careful before upload and use this app…

It is horrible app and customer service. They suspended my account following by brutal email. After reading the email I felt like I’m preparing a terror act somewhere and after knowing that they want to cut any ties with me. Absolutely ridiculous! There are many other providers of this service out there. Found it and happy. This an update after Apple contacted me. Please stop contacting me. I’m done with you. And people needs to know the truth. So, my review stands.

I only used and trusted this app because of how fast and convenient it was when I sent 10 bucks to my friend just for fun. This time I was trying to make a purchase with Paysend and send money over. Not only did they ask for my proof that my money was deducted from my account multiple times, I did everything that was asked and still all they have to say is we are working on it. We will get back to you as soon as our other department responds. Now they deducted $270 from my bank account and there’s nothing I can do about it. I seriously don’t even know if this app is legit

Difficult to communicate, no responses, need to follow up a numerous of times. The responses are always very general “we are working on it”, than you need to follow up AGAIN in a few days or even weeks, and they continue to repeat the same. Awful service, i was able to get my refund 2 (!!!)month later. Would never use this app again.
