Very easy to use, but unfortunately I can’t provide my family back home in our occupied republic by Russia. The restrictions aren’t doing anything towards the president, but are directly hurting the poor people who are going through hard times because the whole world is now turned against them in a war they don’t have a say in.

I tried to send money to help a friend and his family to get a way from a war zone in Ukraine, but because of Paysend ridiculously long process in verifying my documents! My friend still stuck in Ukraine and can’t get to Polish border!  And customer service chat that Paysend claimed 24/7 support, took more than 24 hours to answer!  Painful service
