SMS verification code wide issue in Algeria

I can't get the verification code sms / viber message so I can't login to my account. I'm receiving messages from all numbers and sms verification codes from all platforms just to clarify.

شكرا لكم على اتخادكم القرار الغبي بغلق حسابات العملاء الغير متواجدين على الاراضي الاوروبية هذا يصنف امر سلبي و مكروه و غير منطقي لعدم احترامكم العقود و مدة انتهاء صلاحية البطاقة للعميل كان من المفروض تطبيق هذا القرار بعد انتهاء صلاحية بطاقة العملاء حتى اشعار بتقديمهم للوثائق الرسمية

My visa card got cancelled without any notice

My visa card got canceled without any notice or reason, knowing that the monthly fees have been deducted from my account and the card expires till 2025, I have sent my complaint to the support address and I’ve got no reply, i don’t understand this random behavior that’s an inacceptable !

I don’t understand why did they stopped it for algerians we need at least an explanation (my card have 1 year left and they stopped it !!!)

A bank that is very bad and does not respect its 😡customers

They deleted my card for no reason

Then they blame card issuer… a bank that cannot protect the customers is not supposed to be one.

they canceled my visa card for no reason and without informing me knowing that I paid the card fees. they don't even respond to my emails. shame on you
