## Paythepoolman Reviews in United States

### *---- "My invoices Never Went Out"
On the first I prepared my invoices. I added additional billable items, and then 5 days later I realized that they never sent out. I called customer service and they didn’t have an answer. I asked them to look into it and give me an answer by the following Monday… they didn’t have an answer and didn’t have any record of my invoices and extras to be able to reproduce it. I’m very disappointed with them! They never called me to let me know what the found out in the follow-up.

Reply: your reply sounds “good” except you still have not called me back to discuss or help me with the problem!

### ***** "Easy"
We love Paythepoolman billing software and app. I’ve been in the pool service industry over 17 years and been using this software for the past few years. Easy to use. They have a awesome support staff for any questions. I use the app multiple times a day while in the field. Adding new accounts, extra charges or just checking a customer balance while you’re in front of them at their home.

### ***** "Looking forward to a second season"
This will be our second full season using Paythepoolman. We have been extremely pleased with the software and have had several customers let us know that they have chosen our service over the competition because of the app.
