Good App
Very Good Experience
Money got ripped off
I made payment for 3 of my electricity bill. Money got deducted but electricity board never received it and I have pay again through bill desk. No proper customer care service. They have online chat with limited queries and have no option to ask our own. Let’s see if they can fix it through this channel.
Horrible interface
I am overseas and trying to log into my account through the app to reach customer service. Every quarter an account keeping fee is being charged to be account and I would like to close my account. The mobile number linked to my old account is canceled/not with me. Help!!
Security issues
Dear paytm Your your app was very usefull and easy to use, But with some issues we are no longer to use it again becase we quite to use it. So there are security and data leak issues found through your app our data is leaked for some reasons it loses trust of your customers. Thankyou
Fraud
Worst team support ever they made you wait for 30-40 minutes before taking to you. First they say the rental charge for card machine and soundbox is free but start charging the rental amount next month . It’s been 1 week but they have not resolve my matter ..
UPI using overseas numbers
The support for UPI using overseas mobile numbers continue to be unsupported by 3rd part apps such as this despite NPCI’s directive 6 months ago. The lack of clarity on when this feature will be rolled out in the future is frustrating as well.
Session expired every week
This app says session expired every week. What if I don’t have the registered phone no (sim), what am I gonna do??? how do I do the transactions???
Stop notifications
Too many irrelevant notifications and there is no option to stop them. The only option I see is uninstalling the app. It’s a good feature but not used well.
