Hi, I just wanted to say that all the coupons or gift vouchers given on paytm never really work, the discount code isn’t helpful in availing discounts on online shopping, whereas Gpay’s discount vouchers always work perfectly. Also users who are not on paytm and use other upi apps like phonepe aur gpay, their transactions with you are never shown in your paytm history whereas in Gpay all transactions reflect in the transactions history.
So lately I’ve started using Paytm for UPI payments because of lucrative offers and cashbacks. But all of it is big fat lie! Coupons doesn’t work on websites and apps!!!
Don’t have option to cancel my chicken order and it is not being delivered from past 3 hrs. Customer support is so worst that no response received my messages. At least if they cancel then I can purchase outside, now I am forced to wait until I receive my order or they cancel my order.
I have Paytm balance around 1k balance but I’m unable to pay anything. Paytm sent me link to connect with customer but it’s not working
Since Paytm has merged with other banks and created new upi I am facing hell lot of problems. Sometimes it does not scan the QR codes, sometimes it says payment unsuccessful, sometimes you need to send SMS to activate your account, sometimes your account is not, sometimes you cannot make a payment transaction error, sometimes xyz…. I am searching an alternative of Paytm now. It’s just pathetic now. There was a time it used to work so smoothly but now it’s all pain and embarrassing every time I use it at petrol pumps or shopping.
Hi Team, With this app update, neither I am able to link bank accounts nor create UPI id. Please resolve this issue as I was a big fan of this app with least payment response time. Humble request to look at it. Thanks !!
I love the interactive application and use it on daily basis.
This app has worst customer care service and scams customers by showing fake cashback offers to get more and more transactions, this app is not genuine at all, uninstalling paytm right away and activating my upi id on phonepe!

I pledge to never use Paytm and it’s not my fault but it’s Paytm which has created upi id that has my phone number. 😭😭😭 Privacy is joke to Paytm.
