Fraud ,money deducted without any information
1180 rupees deducted from my account while i was trying to make a payment , without any information . Worst app.
Scaming
They start a offer that you make 3 payments on paytm and you can win 100 rupees scratch card. And i make 3 payments and they didn’t give me any card and the offer is not opening.
Worst UPI App
Agar mai bolu isse sabse useless app to isme galat nahi hoga. Ek Air ticket refund ke liye maine apna 20 hours time waste kar diya. 24 into 7 inka app based support me kahi koi solution nahi hai, travel related customer care number pe IVR me kahi koi option nahi hai customer care se contact karne ka. abhi bhi dissappointed hu. totaly useless app
KYC error
Unable to complete KYC in the mobile app getting 403 error at the step of Aadhar validation.
The worst and most horrible experiences with a UPI app
I cannot express how mad I’m feeling right now. These apps behave like frauds and are so not user friendly. I’ve had issues with my wallet and paying money to others and Paytm did nothing about it though I contacted them. The so called “assistant” is practically useless and at times you can’t even ask the question you want to. When I searched on Google for help, not even the official Paytm website provided proper solutions. I’m unable to pay through apps like Flipkart and Amazon just because of this application. This was one of the worst experience I’ve faced and Paytm better fix it at the earliest because it is a shame and absolute disgrace to the company. Your welcome for me not swearing.

मैं पिछले 5-7 साल से पेटम उपयोग कर रहा हूँ पर अब इनके पास कॉल उठाने का समय ही नहीं है फ़ालतू के टैक्स लगाकर मेरे बैंक से पैसे काटे इन्होंने और अब एक कॉल तक ना उठा रहे
