Dann wurde dort umgebaut & erneuert und siehe da: Letzten Samstag hat alles tadellos funktioniert! Bin happy & zufrieden! -- Gammonfix, 2025-02-03 ### *---- "Die schlechtesten Garagen in Wien" Die meisten Garagen sind so eng, dass man mit einem normalen Auto nicht ohne an der Wand anzukommen parken kann. Überall sind schwarze Spuren an der Wand. Eine echte abzocke. Bitte machen sie nicht den Fehler Geld auf diese App hochzuladen. Sie sehen dieses nie wieder und parken können sie höchstens mit einem Smart. Credits System statt normaler Kartenabbuchung ist absolut unnötig und sehr unseriös. Diese ‘credits’ sind bei Pleite alle weg. Dringend ändern, sonst kann man nur jedem abraten. 2. CarPlay App! Wenn man vor einer Garage ankommt, muss man erst Handy rauskramen, driving Mode deaktivieren, App öffnen, warten, öffnen... dauert&nervt. das gehört in CarPlay. 3. Favoriten setzen. Bevorzugte Garagen einfacher abrufen. (Idealerweise dann auch in CarPlay). Dann wäre es super. Ohne credits System würde ich es weiterempfehlen. Diese Art des Trackings finde ich inakzeptabel und ist für mich ein Grund, die App zu deinstallieren und den Dienst nicht mehr zu verwenden, wenn das nicht geändert wird. Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit der Parkgarage-App teilen, und leider fällt diese Bewertung eher negativ aus. Die Parkgarage selbst war miserabel. Ich hatte mein Auto einen Tag zuvor dort abgestellt und als ich am nächsten Tag ausparken wollte, funktionierte die Garagentür nicht mehr. Frustriert rief ich den 24-Stunden-Support an, doch mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass gerade keine Agenten verfügbar seien. Das war äußerst enttäuschend und unpraktisch. Daraufhin beschloss ich, später zurückzukehren, um mein Auto abzuholen. Mir wurde versichert, dass meine Buchung storniert werden würde und ich nichts dafür zahlen müsste. Allerdings wurde die Buchung nicht wie versprochen storniert, sondern lief stattdessen eine ganze Woche lang weiter. Das empfand ich als absolute Frechheit! Insgesamt bin ich von der Parkgarage-App enttäuscht. Die Unfähigkeit, die Garagentür zu reparieren und der Mangel an verfügbaren Support-Agenten waren äußerst frustrierend. Die falsche Stornierung meiner Buchung und die daraus resultierenden zusätzlichen Kosten haben das Ganze noch verschlimmert. Ich hoffe, dass diese Probleme in Zukunft behoben werden, damit andere Nutzer nicht dieselben Schwierigkeiten erleben müssen. -- alperio66, 2023-09-14 ### ***** "Tippitoppi" Anmeldung, Handhabung funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Parkplatzverfügbarkeit und Wegbeschreibung zu Garagen ist übersichtlich dargestellt. Parkplätze in Garagen sind geräumig und gut beschildert.
