## PAYware Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "App keeps crashing"
The app crashes every time I try to open it. I have to delete and reinstall every single time. Why have there been no updates in 2+ years? We pay enough money in merchant fees come on.
-- vlc1016, 2022-04-15

### **--- "IOS11 update app opens then immediately closes out."
Thsnks for the update but it still does not work properly.
-- XtremeSS, 2017-09-26

### *---- "New The New Update For iPhone iOS 11"
Please Can You Make The New Update As Fast As Possible Love Using The App Is Just That It Needs The New Update Thanks!
-- AngelaGtoAngy04, 2017-09-22

### *---- "Update Please"
Doesn’t work with Apples new update
-- TJ Gore, 2017-09-20

### *---- "No updates"
Have called multiple times to request updates. Have this through my bank. Will soon be switching to Square if not upgraded. App verging on useless.
-- Suzyelle, 2017-07-13

### ****- "Much improved"
This is such a simple way to collect my fees at the shop. Highly recommended to anyone with an iPhone!
-- Waverider769, 2015-11-25

### *---- "AWFUL"
This company is a scam... They trick you into what seems like a straightforward contract and then hide the huge annual fees and 3-year contract. Cancel now while you can. They will auto-draw from you account with no notice. They just subtracted $350 from me without notifying me.

Worst customer service ever, as well. Beware.
-- Yeroc27, 2015-02-03

### *---- "Leaders user? Turn back now"
If you are downloading this app to process cc using your Leaders account, STOP now. Call Leaders and cancel your pending contract NOW before it's too late. Trust me they are a scam. They cost out small nonprofit $100s
-- HeathcoteDaniel, 2014-11-19

### ***-- "Not too client-friendly"
Doesn't offer a nice way to let clients enter tips. Should be more like a "place the mobile in their hand and let them complete the transaction" sort of thing.
-- ChristophTheDriver, 2014-11-01
