Payzone Reviews

Top-up option

theydontevenletyourate on

Ireland

App forces to open an automatic top up amount payment, where it should be the user’s choice when and how much they want to keep in the account. It also means that it requires a permanent access to the payment card.

Sneaky Top Up Charges

Schaekenj on

Ireland

It charges you by automatically topping up - and forces you to use your card number with an account balance minimum top up. Charged 20 euro for a 4 euro parking charge. Very sneaky - terrible experience. Not even about the money - but would NEVER trust this company for this type of practice. Also has ads within the payment process. Extremely unintuitive and —————- a note to the company: Change to feature Apple Pay instead - and maybe if you value long term growth, build an actual good user experience - and not sneaky quick cash collections.

Improve it. Really.

That app is like a cancer. It's living on their own. No release control, no UX acceptance, no QC. Nobody really cares about usability of that.
