Lost everything!

Spent years collecting coins to buy additional puzzles for my autistic son. Lost everything in the latest update. Not happy!

OK but music too loud! Needs to have some sort of control to make it possible ro set it to a comfortable level.

How do I turn off auto renew??

I can’t see any option for turning off auto renew in the settings. Does anyone know where it is?

I love this app and have purchased lots of different puzzles . Just been updated and it’s not working. My mum also uses it to and neither is hers.so disappointed please fix as soon as possible . All seems fine but no jigsaw pieces are there .
