Mit der neuen kostenlosen pbb direkt push TAN-App erhalten Sie ein komfortables und sicheres TAN-Verfahren für Ihr Smartphone oder Tablet. Die für Ihr Banking notwendigen TANs erhalten Sie damit direkt auf Ihr Gerät. Damit wird das Smartphone oder Tablet zum TAN-Generator. Zusätzlich zum herkömmlichen TAN-Verfahren – dem Ermitteln der TAN anhand der iTAN-Card – können Sie nun auf diese innovative Technik zurückgreifen.

Sie erhalten Ihre TAN jederzeit und überall in die passwortgeschützte pbb direkt push TAN-App auf Ihrem Gerät; mit Anzeige der wesentlichen Auftragsdaten. Nutzbar für alle TAN-pflichtigen Vorgänge wie Überweisungen, Geldanlagen, Anträge oder Änderungen Ihrer Kontaktdaten.

Stimmt: Die telefonische Beratung ist sehr gut.

Im Vergleich mit den Apps anderer Banken taugt die pbbdirekt-App taugt nicht viel.

Man erhält einen Zahlencode, der manuell in die Webseite übertragen werden muss.

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, den zweiten Zugang bei einem Gemeinschaftskonto in einer App auf einem Gerät zu führen. Man braucht zwei Mobilgeräte, eines für jeden Zugang. Das ist grottenschlecht.

Offenbar braucht man trotz pbbdirekt-App auch noch die maximal-unpraktische iTAN-Karte.

Liebe pbbdirekt: Hohe Tagesgeldzinsen sind das Eine: Der Bedienungskomfort des Online-Kontos ist leider arg hinterwäldlerisch.
