## PBIS Rewards Staff Description
The PBIS Rewards System is a tool and tracking system for schools that follow a PBIS framework and utilize rewards to encourage positive behavior. The PBIS Rewards System simplifies giving rewards and redeeming rewards by taking advantage of the scanning capabilities of smartphones and tablets.

Teachers and Administrators give students points by scanning a bar code or QR code assigned to the student. The process is fast and simple. The bar code can be on a nametag, desk sticker, class roster sheet, or a student ID badge. Students can then redeem points for privileges and/or items using a similar process.

The backend system supports the concept of events and a store. There is a simple interface for creating and managing events and items within the store. The backend system also keeps track of students and teachers and all activity related to giving points and point totals.

Teachers and Administrators can access a desktop system to review a student's history, balance, etc. Administrators have the ability to add and remove students and add and manage teacher access.

No more fumbling around with torn up papers, cutting out reward documents, or keeping track of mountains of tickets…digitize your incentives with PBIS Rewards.

## PBIS Rewards Staff Reviews in United States

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
App is blank when downloading. Deleted and reinstalled on I Phone 17
-- MsSimpL, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Not functioning"
I have used this app for about a month. Then suddenly, I cannot use it. It is at a screen saying that I am not on line. It won’t let me log off or reset it. I have removed the app and reinstalled it several times. Help!!!
-- Tsulu here!, 2025-08-26

### ****- "Can’t Go Back"
The app is great. It would be nice if when checking out a student that doesn’t have enough/has more points available to purchase an item, you could go back into your store to add something else without starting over. Other than that little quirk, the app works great. It is quick and easy to use.
-- sapphiregirl71, 2025-02-01

### *---- "Terrible UI Experience"
I’m a substitute teacher and our school use this system to reward students. This is one of the most unintuitive apps I’ve ever used. The UI is not mobile friendly, as some windows stretch out or don’t load. Theres no way to tell if you’re actually rewarding students for points. Sometimes, the actions don’t even work as well.
-- UndeadZombie7, 2024-08-29

### ****- "Teacher soso"
Pbis is good but the costum amount is dumb rather put points not costum
-- Joaquinvcarranza, 2024-05-14

### ****- "Top right corner setting"
Overall, I like the app is simple and easy to use. Is it possible to hide (or move) the profile icon, which currently appears next to the setting?
-- sonamtenjisherpa123, 2022-11-08

### ***-- "So-so"
Not super user friendly/intuitive like other reward programs, but it works well enough. Would LOVE a “quiet hours” option so I don’t get messages from parents at all hours of the night and weekends.
-- ShoesForCrews, 2022-09-27

### *---- "I hate this app"
I hate this app because I can not delete
-- pbis butt, 2022-09-26

### *---- "Never works"
I have uninstalled and installed this app so many times. I have an iPhone 12 max pro and it does not work. It never takes me to a log in screen, just the main screen is says “PBIS” and I can’t click anything to log in. How is this supposed to be an effective tool for your students if it doesn’t even work ?
-- Ms_Dre, 2022-01-28

### *---- "Connection"
I’ve deleted and downloaded this app several times but I still can’t access it unless I’m on WiFi. I use it for work but can only login on the computer.
