## PBL Mobile App Reviews in Ghana

### **--- "Worst online banking app for the modern Ghana financial industry"
You can’t get anything done right. Most services aren’t working for the past 5 months. Can’t even reset your password. Poor verification process. Inconvenient and so much time wasting.
-- D’Ice, 2026-05-13

### *---- "Fix your mobiwise issues"
Prudential bank is not a reliable bank at all for individuals and corporate entities. Their mobiwise always has a problem and their mobile too same. How can a person withdraw money from his account, you deduct the money and it doesn't reflect in your Momo account. Now you we can't even access our account or even check our balance and for hours your IT personnel are unable to fix the issue. This same problem keeps happening and it's having a bad effects on client. Now my 4100 Ghana cedis has been deducted, how do I go to work or feed? It's really annoying
-- Quesi13, 2026-05-06

### *---- "App"
Why is signing into your app so stressful, cause tell me why I input the necessary request and then after a few minutes I'm told my account has been locked
-- Adu.123, 2026-03-31

### **--- "OTP ISSUE"
Your OTP code takes forever to come and by the time I use the code it has already expired. It’s so frustrating. Kindly work on that.
-- dhaddy Rayy, 2026-01-08

### ***-- "Mobile Money"
Kindly work on the select mobile money provider because anytime i try using the app to send money to a network provider(momo) it doesn’t work!
-- PrinceTrinita, 2025-07-11

-- Madaferian, 2025-06-24

### *---- "Sign up"
I don’t understand why you introduced an app we can’t even sign up and there soo many issues with PBL mobile banking
-- Demajesty, 2025-06-11

### *---- "Inability to Sign Up for Days Now"
When I enter my details for signing up, the OTP delays and I receive it later in the days. The immediate OTPs I receive too when I enter it, I’m being it’s wrong. It has been happening for days now and no solution has been provided even after I called the customer service.
-- Tony Pablo Stark, 2025-05-31

### ***-- "We need am update"
I cant withdraw to momo
-- Saint Arcturus, 2025-03-27
