It is a scam. They charge 15$ saying its a day pass but unless you didn’t dock the bike every 90 minutes it’s gonna change 12c per minute until the bikes dock. Basically you’ll ended up paying around 50$ just to ride a bike. Might as well buy a new one for yourself. Worst part is these policies are hidden in the agreement. In a 5km radius is not a single empty bike station (for several weeks now). I agree the app is a bit outdated but I rarely have issues with it. I live in a condo so I always make sure to disconnect wi-fi before launching the app as sometimes my internet will cut out in the elevators and it negatively impacts the app performance.
