## PBTCare Description
Dahulunya dikenali sebagai i-Tegur. Aplikasi Mobile PBTCare merupakan satu inovasi baharu yang dibangunkan oleh KPKT untuk memberi kemudahan kepada orang awam bagi membuat sebarang aduan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT) melalui mobile.

Objektif Aplikasi Mobile PBTCare

Menjalin hubungan akrab PBT dan rakyat melalui penyediaan saluran aduan yang mesra pengguna dalam memberi perkhidmatan terbaik kepada rakyat; dan
Pemantauan dan pengurusan aduan lebih berkesan kepada pengurusan atasan PBT dan KPKT melalui satu sumber sistem yang sama dan mudah dicapai.
Fungsi Aplikasi Mobile PBTCare

Membenarkan penghantaran aduan bergambar beserta lokasi secara mobile;
Memberi maklumbalas kepada pengadu dengan lebih responsif; dan
Memantau statistik aduan oleh PBT atau JKT melalui dashboard yang disediakan dengan lebih efisien.

Despite multiple attempts, the app has been unresponsive, frequently stuck on loading screens, and does not allow me to submit complaints successfully.

As this app is meant to facilitate public engagement and issue reporting, its inefficiency defeats its purpose. I urge KPKT to address these technical issues promptly to ensure taxpayers’ money is well spent on functional and effective digital solutions.
