### **--- "App is useful BUT"
The app is useful and I was happy to sign up for the courses but it only gives 1 page of the course per day… that part is not useful at all! I want to do the course as much as I can in 1 day, if your concerned about people wanting points then put a cap on it like you did with only earning the points the first time you do the course. It’s a health app and my health is my priority not your extra points, while they are a perk they are not top of my list. Solution make it so you can finish the course in your own time (which you actually state in one of the courses I signed up for) but make it so you receive the points at the time frame you think it will be done in as if you only have 1 piece of info per day. Barring that at least give the dang recipe after the first page of heart health and what to eat!

It is great for me to manage my prescription. But I have a couple suggestions. It would be nice if you were a little bit quicker. Secondly, on my prescriptions page it will only show three of them. Can we have an option for a more refined view so we can see more prescriptions if we choose or the current view?

Can the text message include the prescription number & name vs just the number?

I love being able to earn points while learning about different health related topics. It’s easy and beneficial. However, lately the articles are all for people with diabetes. I think PC Health needs to consider that not everyone has one issue. Maintain a variety of topics instead of focusing on one thing.

Used to get great points now it’s a piddly 100 if you complete a challenge on the FIRST time around. I can’t remember which I’ve done so if you do them again you get nothing. Bring back better points and mark them completed. A lot of times I have to protest the points as I don’t get the awarded. My husband stopped doing his. Takes forever to get 100 points which buys you nothing.

### **--- "Clunky, time consuming, not really enjoyable"
App is so weird. It only lets you do a few things a day, takes forever to actually do anything, and then locks you out randomly with some dumb picture of someone doing yoga insisting you ‘take a rest’.  I’ve been on this thing 20 minutes and accomplished basically nothing but it’s acting like I’ve been on there for five hours. I’ll stick with it for a few more days to see if it improves with time but for now it’s pretty bad.

Made an appointment through the App and received confirmation. I arrived and they were not aware of it. Lined me up behind all the vaccinations even though I showed them the appt confirmation. Took an hour so not really the greatest experience
