Pc optimum et pc finance

Impossible de lier les deux cartes ce qui fait que je ne peux pas utiliser les points qui sont accumulés. C’est vraiment compliqué de trouver une personne qui pourrait faire en sorte que ça fonctionne.

Frustrated

About once every 40 days the app kicks me off and I have to sign in again. Of course I find this out when I’m paying for my groceries etc and don’t want to waste other people’s time therefore I lose out on points. It pisses me off again and again.

App collects way too much data for what it is

I just downloaded this terrible app to hopefully save money on overpriced groceries. But I barely got savings from it. Boycott Loblaws.

Not user friendly

My husband and I have the same email address and use the same PC Optimum card but can't have both of us on the same account without creating a separate id. There are 4 card numbers attached to our id and we only have 1. Don't know where the others came from and can't delete them.

Disappointed

Thought I might be losing my mind. Headed out today for deals offered through my email. Bacon, chicken, hamburger buns. Nothing was as advertised. Got home to the apologies but had already overspent on everything. Will be a long time before I return to Fortinos.

Great Satisfaction

This app is very user friendly. I regularly get offers on Thursdays, which help me earn points. Whenever I miss points while shopping, I go on the app and able to get my missing points restored. Finally, the app enables me get great deals in the stores.

A confusing labyrinth

This app feels like it’s designed to confuse customers and waste their time rather than help them save money. No surprise given it’s Loblaws, but still. Want to access your offers? Hope you enjoy scrolling through multiple menus! Please an an option to show all my offers at once. Also for some reason, there are digital coupons that are available but ONLY if you open a seperate webpage and add them. Why make me do this manual effort rather than adding them to my account?

Il y a parfois un bogue avec l’application rendant impossible d’activer les offres…

My account got frozen for no reason

After using the app for years to collect and redeem points, my account has been frozen. Of course, I was still able to earn points and they didn’t bother to actually tell me it was frozen, which means I wouldn’t be able to redeem them. The customer service in store wasn’t able to help at all, which means i went to the store with the intention of redeeming my points and wasted my time. When I reached out to them via email they finally did tell me it was frozen, but refused to tell me why and then cut the email chain of communication. I can’t think of any case where I violated the terms of service to “cause it”. I don’t make multiple accounts or do any kind of points farming that other users say they got banned for. Even if I did violate the terms, it is extremely unprofessional that they would not let me know and have me keep earning points and viewing offers in the apps not knowing I would never be able to redeem them. Save your time and money, stop shopping at this stupid companies stores.
