I recently enrolled my child in Sparkletots and am appalled by the state of the app. There is no notification setting within the app to enable alerts. As a result, I have to constantly check the app for any new messages or e-consent forms that the school may send. Is there any way to activate notifications directly from the app? I have checked the notification settings on my iPhone, and notifications for the app are enabled. However, the app remains silent on my phone, which is extremely inconvenient and hinders timely communication in case teachers need to reach me. User has to click on EACH month to download check-in photos. For class photos, only able to bulk for EACH activity. The most urgent issue they need to fix is bug in the messaging functionality. Every time I try to write message to teachers, I encounter very noticeable delay in typing, delay in the actions like deleting, not being able to drag and copy! Has anyone filed complain about this as it being one of the most important functionality that parents are using everyday with teachers? I at first thought this was only me, so I try to update my app. But my app is up to date, and still experiencing same issue.
