Not able to stably handle sizeable photo backup from iPhone 15 pro max 512GB, my iPhone got stuck when activate the automatic photo feature and it takes over one week to backup for only 60GB but I have much more then that… I paid for the 2T package and request refund for the unused period within a month but refused, i have no choice but delete the app, my iPhone resumed normal after APP deletion, DONT install the app if you have a big size of photo to backup. No direct email to report the problem,I have respond from the official after I submitted a couple of time, they claimed they have replied me but i didn’t respond, in fact this was not correct. Poor CS and impolite responses.

我用了5個月，上下載都非常流暢，相簿版面亦有很多朋友讚排版好看，只是如果在whatsapp分享link給朋友時，分享link的頂會彈出的小圖如能選擇用那幅相片就完美了！

说了一年了也没更新中文。希望抓紧时间推出中文版。

If you need a cloud drive other than iCloud to backup your photos taken by your iPhone, definitely not pCloud. The app suspends all uploading of photos when it is in background running, not to mention during sleep / locked. How can one rely on such an app to backup his/her data in a phone?

Why do I need to login after the app updated? And then I need to setup the automatic upload photo and video. It is suck!!!!!!!
