With customized meal plans and a user-friendly weight tracker, you'll have the tools to create a lifestyle that works for your unique body.

This app is available through a paid subscription or a non-consumable "Lifetime Access" option.

The information provided is for educational purposes only. Sources can be found via the home tab's menu button or at 

Health data usage: This app uses Apple Health (HealthKit) to read step count and activity data and to save your completed workouts to Health, with your permission. This is used to conveniently update the workout portion of the calorie tracker from the progress tab. It also lets the Health app stay up to date with workouts completed within our app. Access is optional and can be changed anytime in the Health app. Health data is used only to power fitness features.

My review is only based on the opening of the app, which requires you to answer 30 or so question about your relationship with your PCOS and your body and self confidence. All of them have a negative connotation towards PCOS and don’t offer the opportunity to be positive. For example: what prevents you from going on a night out? Your body? Your weight? Your self confidence? There was no neutrality or positivity in those initial questions and makes me wonder what kind of subtle language things like that are within the app. Personally, I don’t want to approach my health from a place of powerlessness and “gain back my power”. There’s also no free option for using the app without paying for a subscription!
