It is your PCOS diary to keep track of your PCOS symptoms that may fluctuate every month around your periods, such as hair loss, acne, periods pain, extra hair growth and PCOS weight gain including daily diet, daily exercise. We use Healthkit to keep track of your steps and sleep. You can monitor your motor function and cognition by performing ‘active tasks’ integrated into the app. You may also get data insights and new health information on women’s health focusing on PCOS health, in blogs & articles updated in the Insights/References section of this PCOS app.

DAILY - MONTHLY PCOS SYMPTOMS TRACKING
The daily log helps you note down your PCOD symptoms that you experienced throughout a particular day. The monthly log helps you note & track symptoms, specifically around your menstrual cycles.

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME (PMS) TRACKING
Many of us experience physical discomfort or mood changes during the days before menstruation. When these symptoms happen month after month and affect normal life, they are known as PMS. You can track your premenstrual syndrome symptoms via the app.

DOWNLOAD YOUR DATA
You can download your data at will, if you need to see how you were doing all these days and months. For example, you can track what effects the new diet, or the new workout you started a few weeks back will have on your daily and monthly PCOS symptoms. Moreover, you can share the data with your health advisors, so as to have a clear communication, that may help plan your treatment and management of your condition better.

INSIGHTS VIA GRAPHS & CHARTS
The graphs and charts section of the app gives insights on how your PCOS buddies are doing, showing aggregate insights on responses filled in by PCOS Tracker users.

can’t go back more than a month??

Crushthesodacan on

I just got the app today, & I hadn’t gotten my period since December. So, I wanted to mark it, but it doesn’t let me go back further than January….

Confusing and not fully for pcos

rsmn1973 on

The app is somewhat confusing to use but when it comes to the period tracker on it, it’s just not helpful at all. It only lets you go up to 10 days of flow and personally every flow of mine can last 3-6 months or more. And it would be helpful to keep track of how heavy the flow is and each day how the period pains were. If i could add how long my flows are and maybe track if it was a light or heavy even extra heavy days) I’d definitely give the app another try and possibly give more stars because it does have potential it’s just not being utilized great

Error

I just installed the app and it gives an error message when I attempt to “Get started”.

Spams with notifications

what shsksoxd on

I would be rating this higher but I had to turn notifications off because I get 7+ notifications from you guys daily. No one and not any other app sends me these kinds of alerts. Most if not all of it I find to be unimportant or not worth sending me a notification for. I liked having the notifications on because it helped remind me to use the app. But this has become a giant nuisance and I finally had to opt out of notifications in my settings today. It would be appreciated if this problem would be fixed and you guys wouldn't spam with notifications for things that really don't matter.

It’s ok.

So far it’s awesome. I really hate how after 20 mins of using an app the little box pops up. I would add more options to the education though. Technical college is the thing and so is heaven associates degree but if you don’t consider that having an associates degree just some college with no degree, I guess I’ll just stay wrong on this and support our nurses and hospitals staff anyways.

Detailed tracking ....

Detailed surveys for tracking. Would love to see more analytics

Seems like a decent app

Chriscuit on

Seems decent for tracking lifestyle, PCOS symptoms. What I don’t like about it is that I can’t edit my responses throughout the day like adding in additional exercises or symptoms or fill out my previous day if I didn’t get to it that day. When I can fill out the damned thing varies and I can’t always fill it out right at the end of my day before bed.

Still seems like a standardized period tracker to me

ShortyMcLittle on

I thought getting a PCOS tracker would work better for me thank a regular period tracker but it doesn’t. It still offers the same standardized period “time frames” that don’t work for me and my condition.

TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS
