If I could give zero stars I would. They claim to give you a personalized meal plan and all sorts of other things but it’s a lie. I said I was allergic to eggs and I hate seafood. DAY ONES meal plan is scrambled eggs for breakfast and salmon filets for dinner. You also don’t do ANYTHING in the app except log your period, and daily intake. There’s nothing insightful or personalized about it. Do not buy this. Within 5 minutes of paying I sent chat a message saying I wanted a refund and I called my bank also. Biggest waste of time and money.

it’s a basic food tracking app with some meal prep articles… it was advertised as a PCOS diet cleanse even has you fill out a bunch of questions like it is creating a tailored diet for you but it does not. It’s an absolute scam if you are looking for an actual PCOS diet plan

App is very basic and meals provided aren’t great. Cancelled the app on 9/8. Still got charged in October. Waited an hr for support and they stated I would be refunded within 10days. Still haven’t received my refund. Going through the process of filing a dispute. Companies should do what they say and not say something just to appease a customer.

I have tried using this app. It had potential to be a great app with the ideas behind it. Ultimately it isn’t worth the $90/year to not even be able to track meals or even track water. I’m very disappointed with the customer service team even though it’s apparently a “small team” it took over two days per response. Do not get scammed into paying for this when it won’t work. There are other more mainstream apps that can be tailored to people with PCOS now that it is a more known condition.

As everyone has stated in the reviews. This is an absolute scam! I canceled merely hours after downloading and then told there would be no refund. A customer service rep kept sending me an email stating the no refund policy was in the terms and conditions with a link to the terms and conditions which I read and saw they were wrong and immediately filed it with my bank. I guess they think people don’t read anymore. Can’t offer a money-back guarantee and then take it back when people don’t want your product.

Initially downloaded the app to see what it was all about, but decided not to subscribe bc it was too expensive. I do not have a membership, yet they continuously try to charge my card for $99.99 ( which isn’t even one of their subscription options). You can’t get ahold of anyone to try and clear up the problem. Fortunately my bank flagged the charge as fraud and issued me a new card, but I still get notifications that healthium keeps trying to charge my old card. Stay clear and avoid what I’m having to deal with! This is a scam!!!
