Unable to restore purchase on my new ipad, is there a time frame for this? Because it seems that Apple only records purchases from last year

Overall the app is good for teaching. But the presentation mode doesn’t work anymore.

so i just wanted to ask whether the notes writer pro is a one time purchase app or do I have to pay any other fees to use this app after buying the pro?

I don’t understand why it keeps creating a line when I’m writing on it and it’s super annoying cause I have to either delete my writing or undo a lot of things. How to disable this long line creation? Its super annoying

Bought the app few weeks ago and is often filled with bugs. 1. Size of the pen keeps resets occasionally after switching tabs or doing other operations 2. Options bar at the top disappears occasionally and have to switch back and forth to get it back. 3. The press and hold option (ie. pasting) totally disappeared recently, so I can’t even paste what I copied. 4. Prompts sign in to Dropbox whenever I open a Dropbox synced folder (does not happen in the past) Hope the developers see this and implement some fix asap The redeeming factor is that it’s cheaper than other alternatives Edit 04/03/23: Some bugs such as the options bar disappearing and size of pen resetting seems fixed. However, recently there’s another issue. The notes will crash without warning and does not auto save my files. There are a few instances where the app crashes all of a sudden and hours of handwriting just disappears. The file only saves when you go back to the main page so if you close the app without going back to the main page, there’s also chance of your files not being saved. PLEASE FIX THIS

Why do I lose all data in the next day? And the app is so lag, i can’t write anything!

App has many features that other note taking apps have & is honestly a dupe for Goodnotes based on its organization section. Things that could be improved would be having a hex code colour selector and having a magnifier at the bottom. The ability of to straighten lines also isn’t available but it isn’t such an obvious issue. Overall a great app ! and for free????? Sign me up

This app has delays!! Plus,the grid paper provided is too big…

App keeps lagging, hanging and crash every time i try to add a page or copy a page. Its really frustrating since i have to keep rebooting the app. Otherwise, the app has all the features that i need

was fine when i started using it. without paying. after awhile the writing started the get delayed and the app would randomly crash. this makes it very hard for me to continue writing my notes. i have 8 pages worth of notes and i do not wish to restart so please fix it!!
