As for the PDF EDITOR, it says trial, so I thought I could try it for free first before paying for subscription, just like the other apps, but you guys are charging my account now even though I only tried it ONCE. I don’t even get what this app is for, I thought I could convert my pdf to word but I can’t so I stopped using it IMMEDIATELY. Please cancel that billing because it is so unfair if you make me pay for an application that I don’t even use and charged me WITHOUT NOTICE. Apple won’t stop pestering me to pay that subscription and I really hope you can do something about it. Also, I’ve seen so many people from your app reviews that encountered the same problem. Here’s a suggestion to avoid that ; before you charge for subscription, the trial should automatically end first THEN YOU ASK FOR AUTHORIZATION IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE SUBSCRIBING INSTEAD OF AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING PEOPLE, otherwise you guys are straight up scamming people.

Hi there, I am having an issue with your application. I noticed that your app has been attempting to charge me multiple times, despite the fact that I have already canceled the free trial subscription. I want to clarify that I canceled the free trial subscription right after signing up and it is set to end on March 28th. I am unable to download any applications due to the pending payment and it has been quite inconvenient for me. I have also come across several reviews that mention similar issues with the deduction process. This leads me to believe that this may be some sort of scam. Could you please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible? Thank you for your help.
