Every month a free account includes 5 PDF edits and 20 PDF tool operations such as merge, split, compress or rotate. Subscriptions raise these allowances and more: monthly AI credits and extra storage are included.

Common questions
Can I change text in a file someone else made? Yes. Open it and tap the text.
Can I put two files together? Yes, use Merge.
Can I make a file smaller? Yes, use Compress.
Can I turn a scan into text? Yes, use Scan to text.
Do I need an account? Merge, split, compress, rotate and the other page tools work without one. Editing text, signing, filling forms and watermarks need a free account.
Does it work offline? Merge, split, compress, sign, fill forms and the other page tools run on your device and work offline. Editing PDF text in the full editor, scan to text and the AI tools need an internet connection.
Something did not import or export correctly. What now? Send it to us from Settings → Feedback & Support. We reply within one business day.

recently tried the PDF editor, and I was excited to give it a go during the free trial. However, I encountered a significant issue that has left me quite frustrated.

Despite being in the middle of the free trial period, I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription. This was not communicated to me clearly when I signed up, and I feel misled. I expected to have the full trial duration to explore the app's features without being billed prematurely.

I downloaded the free trial for this app and it worked and performed as it should. When I went to cancel the free trial for some odd reason the subscription had completely disappeared from my subscription and purchase history. Not wanting to be charged the ridiculous amount of 83.99 I contact Apple support to see if they could cancel for me. Apple never canceled after they said they would, I was charged, and after I was charged the 80+ dollars the app reappears in my purchase history. This sure is a great way to ensure the app creator is paid. I’m pretty sure this isn’t legal so I’m exploring all legal actions at this point.

I signed up for a free trial. Within 15 minutes of that three day trial i had cancelled. Disappointed in the text editing capabilities or rather lack thereof. The terms and conditions blatantly state you will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours before the trial ends, and i did that. Under my manage subscriptions showing it was cancelled within 15 minutes. So i go to download again. It shows i have not cancelled on their end or at least it appears as such. When i click cancel in the app it directs me to my subscriptions saying it was already cancelled. I don’t care the price. I care i was charged. Have documented everything about this. And i have reported a problem to Apple. Next disputing their charge. And does anyone reach out from this app?  No.
