I want to cancel

I got the app-it won’t work correctly for the files I want to download-no response to my help message-attempt to cancel my sub failed-they say try later but I have to cancel today. Absolutely the most frustrating experience on line yet!

This app is so easy to use and understand.

New update causes freezes when you hit done

Since the update every time I hit done it freezes and I have to close the app and open it again. Very annoying. Please fix this.

Dont waste your time.

App keep asking money after completing one page and also you have to click thousand times to write a one sentence and relocate the sentence million times to resize it man please look at hard working people with some mercy for the sake of their time before creating this type of time wasting thing.
