I downloaded this on the impression I could edit text from files and had some important documents I had to hand in on a time scale. It told me I could take a free trial but still charged me and then didn’t do anything I needed to do. Tried everything

Hello, I have using Xodo since 2 years. But since I have started using it more for my documents and notes purposes, it hangs a lot. If I underline a line the 3rd or forth line get underlines. So my touch gets faulty. I have to restart the app every 5 mins to fix it. I hope the developer can fix this.
One of my facourite things about this app was the range of colours I could choose for highlighting, especially with pastel colours, but the colour range the app shows is very limited and the colours are mostly dark, which I don’t prefer
Really loved this application but twice now my annotations will randomly disappear from the document which means I lose hours of work! There is no save button, so any edits should be automatically saved on the document, but after quickly switching to another app and back or briefly closing my iPad, all the annotations/highlights/text boxes etc. are gone! So frustrating that I can’t save the pdfs while working on them, reopening the app to a blank pdf after spending so long on my notes left me in tears lol

Had this app on iPad and it’s been brilliant
I use Xodo to annotate documents i store in google drive. When I first downloaded it, it was very useful in this regard – now it is about a 20% chance that the file will actually open, and if it does, my annotations will only be saved about half the time. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it, there are surely much more consistent apps to use out there.
