Edit
Manually crop, color filter, add, reorder, or remove pages. Even after saving, you can still edit the scan of documents.

Eine einzige Katastrophe

Diese App funktioniert anscheinend nur, wenn man die Vollversion kauft. Das speichern von Dokumenten (Rechnungen) dauert ewig und auch erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen. Nach einer Neuinstallation der App und dem synchronisieren mit der iCloud werden nur vereinzelte Dokumente wiederhergestellt.

Uninteressant

Lieder ist es uninteressant, man kann es niemals mit einem Kopier Scan vergleichen. Daher werde och es löschen

Abzocke - im nachhinein mit Werbung zugemüllt

Habe extra für die Pro-Version (werbefreie) bezahlt und nun wird plötzlich Werbung eingeblendet. Dokumente per Mail zu versenden klappt auch nicht. Ein Dokument in eine andere App zu kopieren (um es z.B. auszufüllen) geht zwar, aber mit dem Druckhinweis: Mit Docutain erstellt. Das brauche ich ganz sicher, wenn ich es dann an jemanden versenden muss. Zum Glück habe ich die Dokumente noch im Original daher wird Docutain gelöscht. Diese Preispolitik ist, wie wenn ich ein Auto kaufe und bei jedem Service nehmen sie mir was an Ausstattung raus, die ich mit dann wieder reinkaufen kann. Ich sehe das als ABZOCKE.

Leider neue Preispolitik

Habe vor Jahren die Premium version der App gekauft und fand sie super. Mit der neuen Preispolitik kamen nun wieder Werbung, Wasserzeichen etc. in die App hinein. Ich verstehe, dass einem neue Features vorbehalten werden, wenn sie auf ein abomodell umsteigen um sich finanzieren zu wollen, aber bestehende Funktionen für die jemand bezahlt hat schlechter zu machen finde ich fragwürdig und sogar eine Grauzone. Ich wünschte es gäbe bei Apple eine Funktion zur App-Version zurückzukehren für die eins Geld bezahlt habe um eine Lebenslangen Zugriff auf die bis dahin eingeführten Funktionen ohne Werbung und Wasserzeichen zu erhalten.

Dropbox synchronisieren funktioniert nicht

Die versprochene Synchronisierung auf mehreren Geräten mittels DropBox funktioniert leider nicht. Leider auch keinerlei Support trotz 3 Mail Erinnerungen binnen 2 Monaten. Für mich nicht zu nutzen …

Super App leider mit Werbung

Super app mit sehr guter Scanfunktion. Rechnungen findet man ebenfalls schnell wieder. Leider wird seit kurzer Zeit Werbung eingeblendet, obwohl man die app gekauft hat. Werbung wird nur entfernt, wenn man das Premium-Abo abschließt. Ärgerlich, dass das im Nachhinein einfach eingeführt wird.

Naja

Ich arbeite seit Jahren mit Fileee und hab wegen der Outbank Verknüpfung Docutain probiert …. Naja was soll ich sagen, kein Vergleich 🙈 Hier wird kein Betrag, Rechnungsadresse, usw. erkannt, das geht garnicht. Die Idee ist ja gut, aber leider steckt noch viel Arbeit drin ….

Gut mit kleine Mängel

App ist super und verwende diese seit langer. Eine Pro Version ist bei mir in Verwendung jedoch trotz meldung „ Pro Version ist freigeschaltet „ habe ich Werbung im Fusszeile aber auch als pop up während einscannen von Dokumenten. Habe alles an Support ( inkl. Bilder ) gemeldet. Allerdings bis jetzt kein Feedback. Wenn das behoben ist gerne 5 Sterne. Lg

Nur mehr Abstürze seit abofallen Einführung

Seit dem Update nur mehr Probleme , App hängt Tisch komplett auf und lasst kein speichern mehr zu

Leider gibts bei Docutain Pro nur ein Abo: monatlich oder jährlich. Einmal Kauf wird nicht angeboten obwohl im AppStore angeführt. Nach regem E-Mail Austausch plötzlich keine Antwort mehr seitens dem Support - schade
