## PDK Access by ProdataKey Description
PDK Access by ProdataKey – Mobile Access Control Made Simple

The PDK Access app transforms your phone into a secure mobile credential, replacing the need for physical cards or key fobs. Instantly send or receive a credential for your property via email. Whether you’re an employee, administrator, or ProdataKey (PDK) installation partner, powerful access control is always at your fingertips.

For Employees or End Users
Unlock doors with Bluetooth credentials by simply moving your phone near a reader. Or, tap a button in the app to unlock a door. Invites arrive by email, or add your email address in the app to retrieve an existing credential. Your organization chooses which unlocking methods are available for your property.

For Administrators
Manage your PDK system from anywhere, anytime. Grant or revoke access, add schedules to lock doors, view reports, and get instant alerts—no need to be at your desk to be in control of building access. Save time and cut costs by emailing digital credentials to any employee or user.

For Integrators & Technicians
Streamline installations, configuration, and service calls. Leave your laptop in the truck—install a PDK system from start to finish on your phone with the same, complete PDK.io look, feel, and feature set. With everything in your pocket, you can manage and troubleshoot customer issues remotely—anytime, anywhere.

Secure. Flexible. Mobile. PDK Access by ProdataKey puts you in complete control of your physical security.

Note: PDK access control solutions are provided exclusively through our network of trained, certified installation partners. For security reasons, all end-user support is handled by these partners, not PDK. If you need assistance, contact your on-site security team or property manager—they’ll work directly with a PDK partner to resolve any issues at your location.

## PDK Access by ProdataKey Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Bad app"
Works about 10% of the time. I wouldn’t rely on this app to get you into your building—I’ve been locked out more than a few times.

Revision of earlier one-star review. The app itself is a bit clunky and spotty, but tech support is excellent in providing prompt and helpful information to rectify any problems that arise. I’d happily give five stars for their ability to solve problems.
-- FN (mis)app, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work at all on iOS 18.2 / iPhone 16 pro"
Spent an hour trying to troubleshoot with our building facilities staff and got exactly nowhere. Did all the usual song and dance of reinstalling, rebooting, replacing credentials, the works. Nothing helps; it simply doesn’t do anything now despite having worked fine last month. Cursory testing would reveal this kind of problem, but it’s clear PDK sees everyone using their products as their QA department.
-- Spatula75, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Great product"
Not sure all the negativity towards this app, manage many sites with it, but I don’t use mobile credentials seems like alot of the problems are on the mobile credential side but management aspect is great for traditional access
-- Murkywatters72, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Junk"
App is junk. Haven’t worked once.
-- Rmj1971, 2024-11-19

### **--- "Need NFC and to change app name"
This seems so silly to say but if you use PDK door sensorsC wouldn’t it be obvious to search for PDK app? Nope. You need to remember the company name (prodatakey). Also can’t understand why we can’t open a door with our phones - either via wallet or automatically as a “swipe.”

It works fine and as expected once in the app IF I need to open the app.
-- Tbirdjeff, 2024-11-12

### *---- "If I could, I’d rate it a zero"
Please steer clear of any apartment building that makes you use this app. Not only does it not work in parking garages where it’s needed to enter but I’ve had it not respond to touch, glitch, and be shut down for hours with no warning or help. If my roommate hadn’t been home, I would’ve been locked out of my apartment building. Highly recommend never having to use this app.
-- Pepper+Sprite, 2024-11-02

### ***-- "Clunky"
Not the most elegant interface but it does work. It's limited to only one device so if you have 2 phones you're out of luck. No widgets and no shortcuts. It would be nice to open my gate with the action button.
-- Eurodance 4evr, 2024-10-23

### *---- "ProdataKey"
It's a horrible garbage scam🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡
-- Ele de frgbhjjnb, 2024-10-08

### ****- "Needs Apple Watch App"
Love the app, but please add an Apple Watch app!!
-- TheNerdWithWords, 2024-10-02

### ***-- "Apple Watch Support"
Your product would be amazing if this was available on the Apple Watch.
-- Apple Watch???, 2024-09-26
