## PDX Parking Shuttle Reviews in United States

### ****- "Accurate Bus Tracking"
The app currently is really good at accurately tracking the bus. As an employee I easily can tell when to get out my car to wait by the stops for the bus. Very convenient to use to determine if another is coming or if I need to run out to catch the bus coming around the corner because the next is still at the airport

My only complaint is in regard to the parking itself, can bus drivers have a litte kindness or be given leeway to wait one extra second because the amount of times I’ve seen some of them shut the doors literally in people’s faces and drive off no bus waiting after it, plenty space on bus is just plain rude and ridiculous. It’s one thing to close the door if the person is nowhere near the bus it’s another if they literally have one foot almost into the door.
-- WiwoWiow, 2025-10-22

### ***** "Accurate and timely."
Although other reviews give this a bad review. For myself and my wife, this helped us time our wait for pick up at the terminal. Also, the live feed was helpful to see when the next buss will arrive and what the wait time looks like.
-- drraid, 2024-06-24

### *---- "Not accurate."
Definitely not a live tracker of the shuttles.
-- Nickname $142$, 2023-10-17

### *---- "Trash."
Won’t load nothing. Continue closing and opening app just a bunch of nonsense
-- Smuallnight24/7, 2023-10-03

### **--- "Not accurate"
Arrival times aren’t accurate and randomly change. Sometimes you can’t even access route info because the relevant UI element is unresponsive. It does at least show route maps correctly.
-- Sashazur, 2023-07-11

### ***** "Nice."
Very helpful.
-- Burt Macklen, 2023-05-19

### *---- "Inaccurate and hard to understand"
The user experience on this app is very poor. Allow us to see where the busses are related to the stops. Also, it would be handy to allow us to make a note in the app where we parked, if even just the bus stop (Blue-X and maybe a date).
-- abryan79, 2023-04-18

### *---- "Incorrect info"
I just boarded the shuttle at PDX. The app shows that two available shuttles are both on the opposite end of the route, at the lot. I provided feedback to the developers with the screenshot.
-- R0ck4tman1998, 2023-03-16

### *---- "Inaccurate info"
Bus times are never even remotely accurate. Useful information like the frequent collapse of routes is missing or impossible to find. Don’t waste your data or your phone storage on this criminally bad app.
-- Former user in WA, 2023-01-23

### ***-- "Not accurate but passes the time"
ETAs are inaccurate. GPS works.
Useless app but it passes the time while you’re waiting. Highly recommend to download and then delete after 5 mins.
