You HAVE to use it BEFORE you start moving your vehicle. Once you start moving, the app locks up. Even the passenger cannot use it after you move. If you need to make a change on the go - you cannot. Also, the person has to be traveling in that specific vehicle. So if you have more than one vehicle and someone else wants to use the peachpass, you CANNOT. BTW, I have transponders in each of my vehicles. Not sure what they were thinking. You should be able to start carpool while the vehicle is in motion by allowing a PASSENGER to do it. I’m currently writing this review as a passenger! So dumb. I’ve read the responses about Georgia being a hand free state but not every person in the car has to be hands free!
