Once I signed up, I could see via Apple Pay where I’d purchased the subscription (using the same email for both platforms) but the Peacock app did not recognize the subscription. After speaking with Apple, they were unable to repair the issue and advised me to cancel then resubscribe to accept the offer again. Technical issues occurred again, and I was unable to access the advertised offer. Peacock is a great platform but be aware that if you accept an offer from Apple to access Peacock, there are apparent technical issues that need to be resolved before this type of offer is provided to customers again.
