I know that PeakFlow is an app that is designed to improve your overall health and live at 100% of your capabilities, but I mainly used it for my sleep. I started with the 21-day sleep transformation challenge and it just helped me so much. Went from sleeping 6h a night with multiple awakenings to 8h with only 1-2 per night. I invited a buddy of mine to the app too so we could do the challenge together and compare our habits and streaks on the leaderboard.
