## Pearl Description
Create reminders that mean a lot to you, that bring you joy, comfort and rest.

You choose the time frame, and a number of reminders that you select will appear randomly during that period.

You can even choose an image to go with your notifications, which can sync across devices.

Enjoy a beautiful tong notification sound and your hand-crafted reminder.

Reminders can sync across all of your devices, and they can include an image of your choosing to help brighten your days and nights.

You can also get widgets, and an Apple Watch app with a widget complication!

The background animates subtly as you create your reminders, all while respecting your system-wide accessibility choices regarding reduced motion and transparency, as well as text size.

Available in both light and dark mode.

Create widgets to see the things that mean so much to you right on your home screen, chosen at random in a way that doesn't simply show the last reminder.

The app also has the ability to disable suggestions and word count. Choose from multiple app icons. And you can choose the title for your notifications.

No third-party tracking or analytics. No data collected.

For terms of use for in-app purchases and subscriptions, see

## Pearl Reviews in United States

### **--- "I LOVE the idea of this"
I’m so bummed that I can’t get my pearls to show up on my watch. I’m going to have to cancel my subscription😔
-- Hotpepperhokie, 2026-06-03

### ****- "I have 1 pearl and the app is almost 60mb"
Is a great little app, I just don’t see how is this app so large, I only have 1 pearl and is almost 60mb , makes no sense
-- MalloryKnoxxxx, 2026-04-03

### ***** "Does what I want."
So many affirmation apps are.
1. A subscription
2. No custom affirmations.
3. No random notifications.
This app is subscription free with a 1 time purchase. Has custom affirmations. It also gives me random notifications that sync across devices.
-- azurej100, 2025-02-03

### ***** "Personalized"
What I love most about this app is that I get to decide all the messages that pop up on my phone. I used other affirmation type apps before and didn’t always want to affirm the message that was sent, or it wasn’t relevant to me. Now whenever I see a quote or someone tells me something meaningful, I add it to the Pearl app and it makes it way back around to me so I don’t forget it. That’s so good for me! Thank youu 🫶🏼

### ***-- "Exactly what I was looking for but limited."
I needed a widget exactly like this to deal with cptsd. I have a lot of goals and a bad and worsening, very very foggy memory as a symptom. Reminding myself of things I need to remember is really hard. Sometimes months will go by. And I can't deal with flowery language and cookie cutter positivity. I needed something customizable and on my desktop at all times REAL bad!

This app fully gets the job done.

However, besides the ability to use images, editing wididgets is limited and rigid. You can put images in using Photos if you make a folder to import them from your computer. But just selecting the folder itself directly from the computer would have been easier. The text can't be formatted. If you try to format it, the app will glitch. So the font doesn't match my other desktop widgets.

I think I will eventually upgrade anyway. It works well enough and the user can tailor the app to their own usage. Thanks for not making me put flowers on my desktop!
-- VisuMetal, 2024-07-02

### ****- "Doesn't come with photos"
I thought it was going to come with pretty nature photos, but it doesn't. You can add photos, but it's not built in or automatic. Otherwise I like it so far.
-- elishama, 2023-06-28

### ***** "Incredible, better than expected"
This app is now a life staple. I’ve been using it to remind me of scriptures in the Bible throughout the day. God has been using it to keep me encouraged and focused on Him.
-- M. Marshall Jr., 2023-03-01

### ***** "Distraction free wellness"
What I really like about Pearl is it’s commitment to its purpose for a wellness app focus is crucial and that’s what I have found in Pearl a distraction free Wellness to remind you of important things in your life
-- serpro9090, 2021-10-25

### ***** "Great app"
I continue to enjoy using this app and getting notifications on a daily basis. The latest updates to allow syncing across devices is a great addition that now cements this app as must-have.
-- MikeRevoir, 2021-09-10

### ***** "Random notifications by design!"
Whether it's a reflection of a cool idea I had or an insightful quote I'd like to consider sometime in the future, Pearl turns momentary memories into thoughtful notifications.
