Pediatric dose
ข้อมูลขนาดยาในเด็กนี้จัดทำเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับกุมารแพทย์ เภสัชกร พยาบาลและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่ให้การดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยเด็กใช้เป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นประกอบการตัดสินใจ เนื้อหาประกอบไปด้วยชื่อสามัญทางยา รูปแบบและความแรงของตำรับยาเตรียมเฉพาะรายที่มีใช้ในสถาบันสุขภาพเด็กแห่งชาติมหาราชินี ขนาดยาที่แบ่งตามช่วงอายุต่างๆ  ตามน้ำหนักตัว (weight base) หรือพื้นที่ผิวกาย (BSA) การปรับขนาดยาในภาวะการทำงานของไตและตับบกพร่อง การปรับขนาดยาตามอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ การปรับขนาดยาเมื่อใช้ร่วมกับยาอื่น  การสั่งใช้ยาในเด็กควรมีความชัดเจน เช่น ระบุขนาดยาเป็น mg/kg/dose ระบุความถี่การใช้  สอดคล้องกับความแรงของตำรับยา ร่วมกับการพิจารณาองค์ประกอบอื่น เช่น ขนาดยาในเด็กอ้วน การสั่งยาในทารกแรกเกิดที่ต้องพิจารณาตาม Post Menstrual Age (PMA) คำนวณจากอายุครรภ์ (Gestational Age, GA) เป็น weeks บวกกับอายุหลังเกิด (chronological age)  สรุปโดยเบื้องต้นการสั่งยาในเด็กต้องพิจารณาช่วงอายุ น้ำหนักที่เลือกมาใช้คำนวณขนาดยา ข้อบ่งใช้  ขนาดยาตามสภาวะของผู้ป่วย ณ. ขณะนั้น วิถีการให้ยา รูปแบบยาที่มี เป็นต้น
ข้อมูลขนาดยาในแอพพลิเคชั่นนี้เป็นการรวบรวมจากเอกสารอ้างอิงที่สามารถเข้าถึงอย่างถูกต้องภายใน intranet ของสถาบันสุขภาพเด็กแห่งชาติมหาราชินี เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลแบบเปิด หรือหนังสืออ้างอิง และจัดทำภายได้บริบทของรายการยาและตำรับยาเตรียมพิเศษเฉพาะรายที่เป็นตำรับที่ผลิตภายในสถาบันฯ ช่วงเวลาของข้อมูลล่าสุดเป็นไปตามที่ระบุในเอกสารอ้างอิง และเป็นเพียงข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจเบื้องต้นเท่านั้น การนำข้อมูลไปใช้จึงอาจต้องพิจารณาถึงข้อจำกัดดังกล่าวและอาจต้องพิจารณาข้อมูลที่เป็นปัจจุบันจากแหล่งอื่นร่วมด้วย 

Y-site Checker
ผู้ป่วยที่มีความจำเป็นต้องให้ยาทางหลอดเลือดดำพร้อมกันหลายชนิด แต่มีสายให้ยาเพียง 1- 2 สาย จำเป็นต้องให้ยาร่วมกันผ่านทาง Y-site ส่งผลให้ยาฉีดทั้ง 2 ชนิดมีการผสมรวมกันในช่วงระยะเวลาหนึ่งก่อนที่จะเข้าสู่ร่างกายของผู้ป่วย  หากยาเข้ากันไม่ได้อาจเกิดผลกระทบร้ายแรงต่อผู้ป่วยตามมา ดังนั้นการมี application เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลความเข้ากันได้ทางกายภาพของยาฉีดก่อนการบริหารยาจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญและจำเป็น เพื่อช่วยป้องกันปัญหาการตะกอนของยาขณะบริหารยาซึ่งอาจเป็นอันตรายถึงชีวิตหากตะกอนอุดตันเส้นเลือดในอวัยวะสำคัญ

-	รวบรวมข้อมูลความเข้ากันได้ทางกายภาพของคู่ยาฉีดทางหลอดเลือดดำ เมื่อบริหารผ่าน Y-Site มากกว่า 2000 คู่ เป็นรายการยา รูปแบบยาและความเข้มข้นที่มีใช้จริงในหอผู้ป่วยเด็กวิกฤต PICU 
-	รวบรวมฐานข้อมูลความเข้ากันได้จากแหล่งข้อมูลที่เชื่อถือได้ และข้อมูลใหม่ที่ได้จากการวิจัยเพิ่มเติม ได้แก่
