Take advantage of the step-counting capabilities in your iPhone to improve your health. Pedometer++ lets you easily keep track of your daily and weekly step counts without impacting your battery life.  You can view your progress each day from either the iPhone app, Today View widget, or Apple Watch app.

For best results, make sure that you keep your iPhone on you as you move throughout the day, ideally in a trouser pocket close to your hips.

Pedometer++ integrates with the Health app to collect and display data collected by your Apple Watch.  It can display your step count, walking distance, active calories, and heart rate data.

• Pedometer++ includes an optional premium subscription.  This is offered on a monthly or annual basis.  If you choose to purchase a subscription, your payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Access to iPhone-based Workout tracking is only available to Pedometer++ Premium subscribers.

Zählt in der Nacht die Treppen nur sehr selten, vielleicht 3% und seit einigen Wochen auch am Tag nur fallweise Stiegen mit 16 Stufen und 17 Stufen. 12.1.2022 Zählt jetzt überhaupt keine Treppen mehr. Ich Zahle regelmäßig Trinkgeld. Bin jetzt stinksauer, Programm wird nicht besser sondern schlechter. Trinkgeld gibt es erst wieder wenn das zählen der Treppen funktioniert!!!!

Sie würden gerne mehr Sport machen oder zumindest mehr Bewegung in den Alltag bringen? Aber es fehlt an Motivation? Dann ist der Schrittzähler ein prima Einstieg. Einfach das Tagesziel einstellen und mitverfolgen, wie viele Schritte man über den Tag verteilt geht. Zur Belohnung gibt es verschiedene Badges, die man erhält, wenn man ein Trainingsziel erreicht. Ich bin vom ersten Tag an 10.000 Schritte am Tag gegangen und habe dieses Ziel selten nicht erreicht. Das Tolle daran ist auch, dass man mit Bewegung so einfach abnimmt, Kondition entwickelt und immer fitter wird. Fangen Sie heute noch damit an!
